We have experienced understaffed hospitals and medical facilities and as a result, patient care has suffered. Had the best visit today at Optimal Family Care. Entire staff was very welcoming and kind. Nice comfortable atmosphere. I saw Vanessa and she was extremely thorough. Took time to go over details and explains and answers any questions. You won’t feel rushed at all like so many Dr Offices. I would highly recommend this practice for your medical needs. Everytime I come to this clinic the staff is so friendly, the aesthetics are serene, and Vanessa actually sits down to really listen to me, and thoroughly asked about my medical history so she could carefully come up with a treatment plan for me. She always addresses all my concerns and needs! This was exactly what I was looking for to be my PCP! Very affordable too!

Very affordable I.V. infusions. Both me and my husband are “hard stick”, meaning it’s not easy to get the IV needle in, but it was painless and she did it effortlessly. Highly recommended. Will come back.
